Summary: Last Monday a company of Rebel cavalry under Capt. Henderson attempted to invade Harper's Ferry to impress Union men into Rebel service. They were attacked by two companies from the 13th Massachusetts Regiment who crossed the river. 20 Confederate soldiers were captured, 1 killed, and several wounded; 2 Federal soldiers were wounded.
