Frederick District, No. 2.
Those friendly to the election of Bell and Everett in Frederick Election District, are requested to meet at Union Hall, at 7 ½ o’clock, on Saturday Evening, 15th inst., to elect the quota of members to which this district is entitled in the Central Committee of the Constitutional Union party of Frederick county. John A. Lynch, Esq., and Major U. Hobbs will address the meeting. The people are invited to attend. [Sept 12]
