Summary

The proceedings of the convention in Baltimore of opponents of Maryland's restrictive voting laws. Included are the names of representatives from Carroll, Frederick, and Washington counties. Speeches by Blair and Archer attacked the Radicals for their tyranny and efforts to give Negroes the vote.
