THE Unconditional Union Men of CREAGERSTOWN DISTRICT will be addressed by Dr. THOMAS SIM, of Liberty, Hon. WM. L. SEABROOK, of Annapolis, and MILTON G. URNER, Esq., of Frederick, at CREAGERSTOWN, on SATURDAY NEXT, September 1st, in the afternoon and night. All who are opposed to making treason respectable by elevating rebels to place and power, are cordially invited to attend.
