GOV. BRADFORD. – Gov. Bradford arrived in this city, on Thursday last, en route for Sharpsburg, Washington county, to transact some business in connection with the proposed cemetery to be located on the Antietam battle field; and also to gather evidence in relation to the impressments of [ne]groes in the U. S. Army in that locality.
