CENTRAL COMMITTEE – There will be a public meeting of the friends of Bell and Everett, at UNION HALL in this city, at 7 ½ o’clock this evening, for the purpose of electing the quota of members to which Frederick Election District is entitled in the Central Committee of the Constitutional Union party for Frederick County. A general attendance of the Union men of the district is desired.
