A flag presentation by the ladies of Middletown in honor of Companies A, B, C, and D of the Home Guards of the Middletown District will occur and the public is invited. Speeches will be given by Wm. P. Maulsby, Grayson Eichelberger and Lewis P. Fiery, Esq's.
