Summary
Proceedings of a Flag Presentation to the Brengle Home Guards by the patriotic ladies of Frederick. The flag was received by Col. Wm. P. Maulsby. Speeches were given by Rev. B. H. Crever and Hon. Reverdy Johnson. A band played and the National Anthem was sung.
