Summary
A group of about 60 VA Secessionists with 3 cannon marched from Harpers Ferry to Petersville and to Point of Rocks. They hope to prevent Federal troops from entering Virginia. It is unsure what damage they will do, but it is believed they have combustibles to blow up bridges, etc.
