Rebel Misrepresentation
Summary
The Examiner accuses two "rebel papers of this city" of reporting false information in regard to the election. It says the Judges of Election are allowed to refuse voters who were disloyal even if their names are currently on register lists. This is part of the Registry Law which has been upheld in court. Gov. Swann has said that "The Constitution requires the Judges to refuse the vote of a disloyal man."
