Summary
Joseph M. Ebberts of Frederick is appointed local Claim Agent of the U. S. Sanitary Commission to assist soldiers, widows and others in filing claims for pensions, etc. His service is free of charge. Invalid soldiers, seamen, widows, minor children, etc. will save money and facilitate their claims by placing them in Mr. Ebberts' hands.
