Summary
Private John Ward of 2nd U. S. Cavalry escaped Frederick jail and is nowhere to be found. He was accused of robbing a Mr. Six. Ward was sent to jail by Capt. Naill, Provost Marshal, and escaped while Police Officer S. Haller was putting another offender in jail.
