Wearing of Badges Recommended
Summary
A newspaper on the Examiner's exchange has made a suggestion that the Moseby Party of Maryland wear badges saying "Disfranchised" in black letters. Examiner compares these to the Secession badges worn at the outbreak of war. Says Mosebyites already wearing "badges" such as those of Aaron Burr and Benedict Arnold. They "need no other badges to perpetuate the part they took in the cause of treason than those they already wear."
