Summary
A town meeting will be held to discuss the proposition to hold a "Grand Military Encampment" in Frederick in the summer. It is hoped that the matter will not be dropped as "our fine military companies will form an admirable nucleus for a general Encampment..." Also notes the hospitality of the citizens of Frederick.
