BIRTH NIGHT BALL. – We would remind the public, that the Anniversary Ball of the “United Guards” and Frederick Coronet Band, noticed in our last, will take place to-night at the Junior Hall. The preparations indicate that it will be a splendid affair, and well ordered in all its appointment.
