Summary
Military ardor "rife" in the region and has resulted in formation of many military companies of various arms in the county. . New troop of horse formed in the vicinity of Adamstown called the "The Manor Guard." Capt. is Joseph N. Chiswell; 1st Lt. is Jacob M. Buckey. They expect to be equipped by April.
