ESPECIAL NOTICE. THE members of the TROOP OF HORSE being organized in this District and others desirous of becoming members are especially requested to attend a meeting to be held at Adamstown, on Saturday afternoon next, January 28, for the purpose of electing officers, the Constitution and By-Laws having been accepted.
