Summary
James C. Clark, Esq. has been elected Captain of the "United Guards" after resignation of Capt. J. T. Sinn and Gabriel Beckley chosen 1st Lt. after resignation of Lt. B. H. Schley. At their armory the Guards thanked their former captain and made him a Life Member of the Corps.
