Summary
Corp. Christian Koogle, a member of Capt. Rigby's First Maryland Light Artillery and from this vicinity, received an honorable discharge. Rigby's Battery has been combined with Snow's Maryland Battery with the result that the commissioned and non-commissioned officers of Rigby's unit are discharged.
