The Frederick Union

Summary

The Frederick Union says that an agreement has been reached whereby the parties who were assessed $7,000 for the losses suffered by Liberty merchant Mr. Harris during a rebel raid in July, can pay $3,000 and that is sufficient. The parties will be discharged from any further demands.
