Summary
Republican voters of the third district met to select representatives for the County Convention in Hagerstown. B. A. Garlinger, Esq. was chosen as chairman and ten delegates were chosen for the County Convention (names supplied). The County Convention will select delegates to the State Convention in Baltimore which will send delegates to Chicago for the Republican National Convention and also choose a Republican electoral ticket for the state.
