Summary
Republican voters of the second district met recently to select delegates to the County Convention in Hagerstown. Joseph H. Farrow (sp?) was elected president. Ten delegates (names supplied) were chosen. Procedures of the meeting were ordered to be published in the Herald and Torch Light.
