"The Executive Committee [of the Southern Relief Association] would give notice to the children that they will meet them again at Mr. Small's office next Saturday afternoon, from 2 to 4 o'clock, to receive any additional contributions." Donations from individual citizens or from the towns and district committees may also be given at another date.
