An Appeal to the Children of Hagerstown and Washington Co.
Summary
The Executive Committee of the Southern Relief Association issues a plea to the children of the area to help the children of the South who are in want of food and clothing. Teachers and parents are encouraged to read the article and everyone from Washington County is asked to contribute clothing or material for clothing. It may be brought to the office of Albert Small, Esq. who is treasurer of the Association.
