Summary
Notice: A corps composed of veterans is in the process of forming which is called the 1st Grand Army Corps of Veterans (or perhaps Grand National Guard). Veterans of the navy or any branch of the army that served two or more years will receive $1000 for a year with $600 cash in hand. Anyone who brings in a veteran will receive $10.
