Summary
The Herald and Torch Light reprints part of a callous article from the La Crosse, Wisconsin Democrat about Lincoln. At the end of the article the Herald and Torch Light says that paper is "liberally patronized" by Copperheads and even has some Hagerstown subscribers who enjoy it more than the Mail.
