Summary
The paper complains about a Copperhead "trick" - scheduling the day to vote on the new state constitution during a busy agricultural time and on the day after the dedication of Antietam Cemetery. These distractions could lower the Union vote. "Let all good and true Union men turn out and vote against the Constitution, and thus disappoint rebel expectations."
