Summary
Official report of the sick and wounded at the U.S.A. General Hospital, Frederick, MD for the week ending March 4, 1865. There were 1,034 in the hospital and four died. Their names were: Pvt. John Murray(?), Co. ?, 15th VA; Pvt. Samuel Miller, Co. D, 104 PA; Pvt. William B. Tryon, Co. D, 1st N Y L Cav.; and Corp. James D. Webb, Co. D, 5th Alabama.
