Official report of the sick and wounded at the U.S.A. General Hospital, Frederick, MD for the week ending February 25, 1865. There were 844 (numbers in the report do not agree) in the hospital. One death was reported - Pvt. James Stout, Co. I, 6th Michigan Cavalry.
