The rebel Senator Foot, who was arrested some time ago by the Richmond authorities for attempting to flee the Confederacy, has turned up in "Yankeedom" and been captured at Lovettsville, Loudoun Co., VA along with four other fugitives. They were brought to Frederick County and secured, awaiting the action of the Government.
