Summary
Request for the Unconditional Union voters of Frederick to meet at the Court House to decide upon arrangement for selecting candidates for Mayor, Aldermen, and Common Councilmen. There are two possible ways to nominate the candidates - via a mass meeting or through delegates from each ward who make the nominations.
