Occupancy of Public Buildings
Summary
A number of public buildings in Hagerstown are currently being occupied by Union troops. The Court Hall is used as a Guard House; the Market-House and Town Hall are used for storage of munitions and other provisions for the Federal troops. Several other buildings near the railroad are similarly used.
