Summary
Monday last, Dr. Charles Macgill of Hagerstown was arrested by Capt. Waltermyer, of the 1st MD Regt., accompanied by Cavalry, taken to Col. Kenly at Williamsport. Tuesday "taken North on the Franklin Rail Road."
