Summary
The fair grounds of Hagerstown have been selected as the Head Quarters of the 4th Regt. of the Potomac Home Brigade "being now raised by Ex-Gov. F. Thomas." Citizens encouraged to volunteer. Inquiries to apply to Capt. Isaac Nesbitt, J. D. Bennett, Jos. I. Mong, and Edward M. Mobley, Esqrs.
