Summary
Union Central Committee call drew "a large meeting assembled at Junior Hall" [Clear Spring?]. Joseph Rentch, Chair; George S. Miller, Secretary. On motion of D.G. Mumma, delegates to the County Convention were nominated and 10 highest names elected - 10 names listed. Isaac Nesbitt moved to call a District meeting October 5 "to nominate a local ticket." Wm. H. Pretzman moved to adjourn.
