Summary
The 1st MD is at Downsville and the 4th CT is stationed at Hagerstown and Williamsport. They are the only troops remaining in Washington County. With the army at Harpers Ferry, it is expected that military supplies will no longer be sent to the region, and that the remaining troops will be sent elsewhere.
