A Sharp Skirmish at Williamsport
Summary
Last Saturday a sharp skirmish took place between Capt. Kennedy's Union Guards of Williamsport and the Confederates opposite who attempted to seize the ferryboat. The canal trade has been suspended by the Confederates at Harpers Ferry who refuse to let boats pass.
