Summary
A Union meeting was recently held in the Indian Springs District, at Four Locks, where a Union pole was raised to which was attached a flag bearing the motto “The Union Forever.” Speeches were given by Capt. Isaac Nesbitt and J.D. Bennett of Hagerstown and Lewis P. Firey [sic; Fiery] of Clear Spring.
