Summary
With the recent election of Abraham Lincoln, South Carolina is already considering secession from the Union. A constitutionally elected president should be given an opportunity to govern before he is judged. It he fails to follow the Constitution and laws, he can be removed by constitutional means. Urges citizens to stand for the Union.
