Summary
The (Frederick) Examiner reports that Gen. Wallace has arrested a number of citizens from the New Market District for disloyal conduct during the election. Those arrested include Dr. E.W. Mobberly, Dr. L. Swormstead, John F. Smith (former Confederate), Wm. Rodrick Dorsey, Eisha Swomley, Martin Knode and Wm. Walker.
