The Coming Session of our Legislature

Summary

The newly elected Maryland General Assembly will convene in Annapolis in a few days. It is expected that the Registry Law will be overturned, among other things. The oppression of black men, without consequence, is expected. Only in Washington, Frederick and Carroll counties are local governments expected to remain in “the hands of loyal men.”
