Boys in Blue Meeting

Summary

The sixty eight undersigned soldiers formed the Boys in Blue association in the Third District, and invite all soldiers who support Congress and oppose Andrew Johnson to join. It asks soldiers throughout the county to form similar associations and report its membership to Col. L.M. Mobley in preparation for a Grand Mass Meeting planned for Oct. 20, 1866 in Hagerstown.
