Mechanicstown Meeting
Summary
An Unconditional Union meeting was held in Mechanicstown last Saturday, which featured a torchlight procession and an enthusiastic crowd. Speeches were given by Col. Wm. McKillip of Carroll County, Mr. Keith of Pennsylvania, Thomas Gorsuch, Upton Buhrman, Col. G.W.Z. Black, Milton G. Urner, Maj. Jno. Rouzer and others.
