Summary
A meeting of the “Copperhead Johnsonites” held last Monday had a small attendance, primarily composed of former Confederate soldiers. Maj. Gen. Heath of Nebraska was the featured speaker, but he focused too much on the negro. The concluding speaker was John Ritchie.
