Summary
At a recent meeting of the Unconditional Union Club of the Frederick District, permanent officers were elected: Capt. Walter Saunders, president; James Whitehill and James Petty, vice presidents; Thomas M. Hulbruner, secretary; Ezra Slifer, treasurer. In addition to the president and secretary, those appointed to the Executive Committee include T.L. McLean, Wm. H. Dungan, C.B. Artz, John C. Hadrt and James Hopwood.
