Out of the Draft
Summary
The Frederick District has reached its quota of volunteers, primarily due to the efforts of the Draft Committee composed of John T. Sinn and Dr. R. Bradley Tyler. A large number of citizens who had subscribed to the bounty fund have neglected to meet their commitment, and it is urged that they do so promptly so that the debt of the Committee can be retired.
