Killed In Action
Summary
Sgt. Daniel J. Albaugh, Co. E, 7th MD Vols., of Frederick, was killed on Feb. 6 in a charge near Hatcher's Run. According to his fellow soldiers, Albaugh was conspicuous for being in the front of every charge and in the rear of every retreat.
