Summary

Meeting of Union voters of the Jackson District was held in Myersville, Jacob W. Young, Esq. elected chairman, and Daniel V. Harp, Esq. elected secretary. Also appointed George Leatherman, Dr. L. Wachter, and Jacob Young of D. to membership of the Union Central Committee of Frederick County.

At a meeting of the Union Voters of Jackson District in Myersville, on Thursday, the 19th of August, Jacob Young, of D. Esq., was called to the Chair, and Daniel V. Harp, Esq., appointed Secretary. By the unanimous choice and action of the meeting, the following gentlemen were appointed members of the Union Central Committee for Frederick county, viz: Gen. Letherman, Dr. L.
