Military Convention. – Major General Anthony Kimmel has issued a request to all commissioned officers of the Fourth Division, Maryland Militia, to attend and take part in the State Military Convention, to be held at Annapolis on the next Wednesday after the meeting of the next session of the General Assembly. Major Gen. Kimmel’s card of request may be found in another part of this paper.
